MILES CITY -- Miles Community College baseball coach Jeff Brabant announced the additions of three players on Friday.

Adam Potter of Billings, Brandon Carpenter of Lewistown, Luke Haggerty of Troy, and Hans Madsen of Tremonton, Utah, have all signed to play for the Pioneers.

While playing for the Emmanuel Halos, Potter hit .399 with 15 doubles and 25 RBIs in 2013. On the mound he finished with a 6-5 record, 55 strikeouts and a 2.33 ERA.

Carpenter played for the Lewistown Redbirds American Legion Program and head coach. In his junior season, Carpenter was named as an All-Conference second baseman in which he hit .419. His senior year he garnered All-State honors as a shortstop while hitting .383 and striking out 97 on the mound.

Haggerty played the past four years for the Libby Loggers’ American Legion program. Madsen hit .357 with 17 RBIs, while fielding .995 in his final season at Bear River High School. This summer he was selected to play for the Salt Lake Gulls baseball program.
