BOZEMAN — University of Montana basketball signee Mack Anderson stuffed the stat sheet on Tuesday night against Billings West, scoring 26 points while grabbing 23 rebounds as the Hawks topped the Golden Bears 75-51.

Anderson also blocked five shots, had five assists and four steals for Bozeman. West led 26-24 at half but a 23-9 advantage in the third quarter helped Bozeman grab the lead for good. Ryan Lonergan had 18 points and Latrell McCutcheon added 10 for the second-ranked Hawks who improved to 7-1. 

Backcourt duo Jesse Owens and Cade Tyson led the Golden Bears in scoring with 13 and 18 respectively. West's (3-3) next game will be against Billings Skyview (3-3) on Friday night at Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark
