BILLINGS — The boys and girls basketball teams from Billings West and Billings Skyview meet Thursday as the Crosstown Classic Series kicks off its second round at Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark.

The girls game tips off at 6 p.m. The boys game follows at 7:30.

West's boys beat Skyview 69-54 when the teams played on Jan. 12. Jesse Owens and Cade Tyson combined for 44 points for the Golden Bears (5-4), while Logan DeHaven had 19 and Jeremiah Warner 14 to lead Skyview (3-6).

Skyview has lost its last four games, having most recently been swept by the Great Falls schools.

West's girls have won 11 straight over Skyview, including a 75-37 win over the Falcons two weeks ago. TyLee Manuel, Ambreya Windy Boy and Shayla Montague combined for 57 of West's 75 points in the victory. Kenzie Ketchum led Skyview with 18.

The Bears are 7-2 overall and 3-1 in the league. Skyview is 5-5, 1-3.
