Missoula Sentinel (4-2, 4-2) at Billings West (4-3, 4-3)
An opportunity for two teams to make a late push up the Class AA standings at Wendy’s Field at Daylis Stadium on Friday night. Game time is 7 p.m. The Spartans are fifth in the league standings, while the Bears are sixth.
Billings Senior (7-0, 7-0) at Missoula Hellgate (0-7, 0-7)
Two teams on the opposite spectrum of the Class AA standings. The No. 1-ranked and reigning state champions will be looking to extend their win streak to a school-record 21 games in the 7 p.m. Friday game. The Knights have returned to the varsity field after a one-year absence.
Billings Central (6-1, 6-1) at Lewistown (4-3, 4-3)
Two games remain in the regular season for the streaking Rams, who have won five straight. Central is trying to keep pace with division leader Sidney (7-0) and Laurel (6-1). The Rams played everybody in last week’s 55-0 win over Havre. Lewistown has a chance to secure a playoff spot in the 7 p.m. Friday game.
Hardin (2-5, 2-5) at Laurel (6-1, 6-1)
The Locomotives will be trying to put themselves in the position for a first-round bye for the Class A playoffs in the 7 p.m. Friday game. Laurel trails Sidney (7-0) and is tied for second with Billings Central in the standings. The Locomotives and Rams meet next Friday. A win would keep the Bulldogs’ postseason hopes alive.
