Players from Billings Senior swept medalist honors, and the West boys and Senior girls claimed team titles after the completion of the Billings Invitational golf tournament.

Sean Benson shot a 3-under 69 at Eaglerock Golf Course on Tuesday to win by six strokes over Joey Moore of West and Easton Enott of Great Falls CMR. Benson finished at 143 for the two-day tournament.

For the girls, Kortney McNeil won in a scorecard playoff over Butte’s Shaelyn Hafer. McNeil, Hafer and West’s Hannah Zwemke shot 81 at Briarwood on Monday, and McNeil and Hafer kept pace with one another by shooting 74s on Tuesday. Zwemke fell three shots off the lead to finish third.

With a 614 team score, West’s boys were 11 shots better than Senior, which finished second at 625. Bozeman was third at 632.

Senior’s girls shared the team title with Great Falls. Both schools finished at 726, while West came in third at 730.
