Coach Stricker says: “Last year we were pretty young. We kind of had a long season. But I’ve gotten to work with them a little bit more and this year I hope we get our team to state. The Eastern A gets to send two teams to state, and I don’t know why we can’t be one of them.”

Coach Edward says: “This group of boys will be right there at the end of the season. We have a great mix of returning experience with some newcomers that can really play. And Austin Berg could be the best player in the state. He had a fantastic summer and has worked very hard to put himself into this position.”

Laurel

Top returners: Dylan Meccage, Sr.; Jake DuFrense, Sr.

Key newcomers: Austin Specht, Jr., Robbie Nardella, So.; Garrison Allen, So.
