LAUREL -- Sidney's Paul Brannan and Laurel's Morgan O'Neil were the medalists at the Eastern A Divisional golf meet at Laurel Golf Club on Friday.

The top 15 individuals and the top two teams on both the boys and girls sides advance to the state meet. The State A meet is Oct. 4-5 in Polson.

Sidney won the boys team title with a 324. Billings Central and Laurel each finished with 344, with Central taking second place as it won a playoff on the first hole.

For the girls, Laurel captured the crown with 447 and Central was second with 532.
