Austin Egan of Billings Senior has signed a letter of intent to join the golf team at Carroll College beginning with the 2014-15 season.

Egan was part of the Bronc teams that placed fourth at the past two State AA tournaments. He was an academic all-state selection with his 3.62 GPA.

"Austin is a player with a lot of potential," Carroll coach Bennett MacIntyre said. "We are very pleased that he has decided to come to Carroll College."

Egan was one of six signees Carroll recently announced. The list included Pat Colberg of Missoula Hellgate and Jaylin Kenney of Polson.

Kenney played on three consecutive State A championship teams at Polson. Colberg has also signed with Carroll to play basketball.
