The Class B and C state golf tournaments begin Tuesday. Class B will be held at the Fairmont Hot Springs course near Anaconda, and the C tournament will be held at the Double Arrow Golf Course at Seeley Lake.
Missoula Loyola is the three-time reigning boys champion in Class B. Townsend won it last year on the girls side.
Lone Peak’s boys, led by returning champion Tate Tatom, are shooting for a another Class C crown.
In Class C, Harlowton won last year’s girls title. Josie Stinson of Belt is the reigning champ.
