LOWER SUSSEX, Del. -- Nichole Kirkpatrick limited Zootown of Missoula to just two hits, helping USA Central of Indiana to a 5-0 win for the Senior League Softball World Series title on Saturday.

Four of the runs were unearned.

Kirkpatrick struck out six for USA Central of South Bend, Ind., Zootown was the West Region champion.

USA Central broke open a pitcher's duel with three runs in the fifth inning.

Zootown loaded the bases in the fourth inning with one out, but could not push a run across. Kendall Rauk reached base twice for Zootown. Pitcher Macey Newbary allowed five runs, one earned and six hits. She struck out five.
