Hung Huynh of Billings West wins the 200 individual medley at the Billings Swimming Invitational Saturday at Rocky Mountain College. Huynh won the event by almost 20 seconds.

BILLINGS — Bozeman swept the team titles at the Billings Swimming Invitational Saturday at Rocky Mountain College.

The Hawk girls won eight events for 116 points, while the Bozeman boys won five events for 97 points.

The Billings Central girls, led by Julia Peterson, were second with 65 points, while the West boys finished second with 72.

Peterson was a double individual winner for the Rams, taking the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly. 

Erin McKinney of Bozeman won the 100 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. The Hawks also won the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay. They edged Central by just .19 seconds in the medley relay to start the meet.

Jack Leuthold was a double individual winner for the Ram boys, taking the 200 and 500 freestyle races. Central also won the 200 freestyle relay.

Bozeman's Eli DuCuennois won the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke. DuCuennois led a 1-2-3 Bozeman finish in the 50 free with just .05 seconds separating the top three finishers.

Hung Huynh of Billings West won the 200 individual medley by almost 20 seconds, while teammate Michael Van Keuren won the 100 butterfly. The Bears also won the 400 freestyle relay.
