HELENA — The winter storm that moved into Montana late Thursday has led to the postponement of several high school and college basketball games.

Games involving nearly all of the Class AA teams in the state have been postponed from Friday and Saturday to Monday and Tuesday, with the exception of Friday's crosstown game between Kalispell Glacier and Kalispell Flathead.

Friday's games at the Northwestern A divisional tournament in Kalispell were postponed. Those games will be played on Saturday and the Montana High School Association gave tournament officials permission to play games on Sunday, if necessary.

At the college level, Frontier Conference officials say the men's playoff games will be played Friday night, but Great Falls' women's game at Montana Western and Carroll's game at Montana State-Northern have been moved from Saturday to Monday.

The Harlem Globetrotters game at the University of Montana is scheduled to be played Friday night.
