AMARILLO, Texas - Samantha Lenhardt of Billings was a top-10 finisher in barrel racing at the recent American Quarter Horse Youth World Championship Show.

Lenhardt rode Merri Saneta, an eight-year-old AQHA mare.

The AQHYA Championship Show featured 2,474 entries from around the world competing for 33 world championship titles. To qualify for the invitational event, competitors along with their horses must have earned a certain number of points in AQHA-approved shows from May 1, 2008 to April 30, 2009.

Lenhardt also finished second in the barrel racing at the NRA MontanaFair Rodeo.
