All bids being publicly opened, reviewed for correctness, and then publicly read in the Department's auditorium. 101 SIDNEY - URBAN (UPP), EAST HOLLY STREET - SIDNEY UPP 10499(7), STPX-STPU 10408(2) STPX-STPU 10408(2) - Grading, cement treated base, storm drain improvements, plant mix surfacing, sidewalk, curb and gutter and other improvements on the East Holly Street-Sidney project. The project is located on East Holly Street (State Urban Route 10408) beginning at RP 0.0 and extends to RP 0.6. UPP 10499(7) - Cold milling, plant mix surfacing, sidewalk, curb and gutter and other improvements on the Sidney - Urban (UPP) project. The project has four locations: 1) Site 1 - 5th Street SE (State Urban Route 10404) between 7th Ave SE and 9th Ave SE. 2) Site 2 - Lincoln Ave (State Urban Route 10405) between 4th Street SW and Holly Street. 3) Site 3 - 9th Ave SW (State Urban Route 10411) between 5th Street SW and 7th Street SW. 4) Site 4 - 14th Street SW (State Urban Route 10412) between 9th Ave SW and Central Ave. Both projects are within the urban limits of Sidney in Richland County. 102 SOUTH OF BIG SANDY-SOUTH STPS 236-2(6)62 Seal and Cover on the South of Big Sandy-South project in Chouteau County. This project is located on Secondary 236 and begins at RP 62.0 extending 12 miles in a northwesterly direction ending at RP 74.2, approximately 15 miles SE of Big Sandy.
