Bozeman based hotel and multifamily development company, BlackRidge Companies is now accepting resumes for an experienced Controller: 

Minimum Requirements: 
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 
• At least 5 yrs of high-level accounting experience. 
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles. 
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Self-motivated, organized and detailed oriented 
• Real Estate Construction and Development industry experience preferred 

• Handle all accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and account reconciliations for parent companies. 
• Review monthly financial statements as provided by the property managers of all operating entities 
• Ensure accurate general ledgers, month-end and yearend close for all entities 
• Prepare monthly loan draws for multiple projects 
• Prepare cost segregation of completed projects 
• Coordinates cost certifications for HUD insured loans 
• Manage all insurance policies 
• Reviews property taxes assessments and determine appeal strategies 
• Responsible for data entry and processing of all AR and AP 
• Interface with outside CPA to finalize quarterly and annual financial statements 

Compensation package: 
• $80,000 - $120,000/year salary DOE
