A Billings dentist is expanding into a new building at Shiloh Crossing in front of Taco Bell.
Turley Dental Care will occupy about three-fifths of the new 6,400-square-foot facility currently under construction at 1002 Shiloh Crossing Blvd.
Turley will take about 3,800 square feet, enough for 10 dental suites, according to co-owner Dr. James Turley, who shares the practice with Dr. Chris Hirt.
Turley currently leases a 4,500-square-foot spot in the Rocky Mountain Professional Building at 315 N. 25th St. suite 101.
The practice has 28 clinical and support staff downtown, along with the two owners and four associate dentists.
The owners expect to roughly double their total staff when they move into the new building in October.
Steve Corning, Shiloh Crossing developer, said he’s working with another retail tenant to move into the space.
Billings-based Jones Construction is the general contractor on the $517,420 project.
Turley said Shiloh Crossing, known primarily for shopping, restaurants and other retail, is a perfect spot for their dental practice.
“We will operate a seven-day-per-week practice to accommodate people wanting easy, convenient access to dental care and for working individuals wishing to have dental appointments available early or late in the day, as well as on weekends so they do not have to leave work or school,” Turley wrote in an email.
