Western Security Bank has begun a multimillion-dollar remodeling project at its bank at 24th Street West and Grand Avenue.
The project, scheduled to be completed around November, is intended to improve service for customers and help Western Security keep up with West End growth.
One of the main benefits will be to expand the bank's drive-up lanes from four to six, said Jim Walker, president of Western Security Bank.
Drive-up windows and a portion of the lobby will remain open during construction, and customers will still have access to safe deposit boxes, Walker said.
A&E Architects, led by project manager Eric Simonsen and architect Chad Schreiner, designed the project. High Tech Construction is the general contractor, with Kevin Hintt as the project manager and Todd Hauck as the onsite manager. The project is scheduled to be completed in November.
