Added to the Big Brothers Big Sisters staff are Bob Grover, development manager; Dana O’Neill, JVC, match support; Emily Brown, match support specialist; and Anne Costilla, event coordinator.
Grover has more than six years of experience in fund development for the nonprofit sector. O’Neill does match support for the Billings school based program and teaches the peer-to-peer mentoring program for High School Bigs. She came to BBBS in August as full time volunteer and has a BA in social work from Loras College. Brown is an honors graduate from the University of Wyoming and has her BA in communications and PR. A great part of BBBS Match Support team as well as a big part of the Laurel school program, Brown brings 17 plus years of experience working with children and adolescents. After working on several BBBS events as a volunteer over the past six years, Costilla joined the staff to make successful events her priority. She is also in charge of the organization’s Facebook page and website. Costilla has many years of experience helping plan events and gain exposure via social media and web-based promotion.
