EBMS, Inc., a nationally-recognized administrator of corporate health benefit plans with headquarters in Billings, announces promotions and additional certifications for the following employees:

(Photo) Jeff Tochihara was promoted to vice president of claims from his previous position as director of claims. Tochihara joined EBMS in March of 2009, having previously served as the HR director for Stillwater Mining Co. and a benefit analyst for Montana Power. In his new position, Tochihara's responsibilities will include oversight of the entire EBMS Claims Department, Client Services Department, and the EBMS Denver Branch.

(Photo) Lenette Kosovich transitioned to director of MiCare, LLC., a proprietary onsite clinic product of EBMS, Inc. Kosovich joined EBMS in 2008, in the role of human resource director. Previously, she was the director of human resources at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings and, prior to that, directed Nurse Triage Call Center Clinics. Kosovich is a registered nurse and will be responsible for the current operational management of five existing employer base primary care clinics as well as the growth development of new clinic sites.

(Photo) Laura Rookhuizen was promoted to wellness manager for EBMS, Inc. from her previous position as an EBMS certified wellness coach. In her new position, Rookhuizen will oversee the operations of the EBMS Wellness Program, which implements corporate wellness initiatives at the organizational level. The EBMS Wellness Program services employers in Montana, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington. Rookhuizen also recently received the following certifications: CWC (Certified Wellness Coach), a CPHM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Management) and CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist).

(Photo) Jen Robbins was promoted to director of support and provider services for EBMS, Inc. Robbins' previous positions with EBMS included employment coordinator and support services supervisor. In her new role as director of support and provider services, Robbins will provide leadership, planning, project coordination and management of the department's operations and personnel, as well as building maintenance and vendor relations.
