Family Service Inc., a private, nonprofit human service agency serving Yellowstone County since 1906, announced its board of directors for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
Those newly elected include William Brown, president, Energy Laboratories; Mike Dimich of Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. of Billings; Allan Karell, partner, Karell Dyre Haney PLLP; and John Walsh, interim director, Montana State University Billings Extended Campus.
Family Service executive board members include Wayne Erlenbush, vice president of commercial banking, U.S. Bank, as president; Michael Palmer, president of First Interstate Bank, west branch, as vice president; Bruce MacIntyre, director of business advocacy, Billings Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer; and Kimberly Boelter, assistant vice president of private banking, U.S. Bank, downtown branch, as secretary.
General members returning to the board include John Crist, partner, Crist, Krogh & Nord LLC; Jean Fangsrud, retired banking professional; John Hurley, president and general manager, KTVQ; Greg Kohn, director of human resources, Rocky Mountain College; Marilynn Miller, president and CEO, Montana State University Billings Foundation; Deborah Potter, senior tax manager, Eide Bailly LLP; Melanie Schwarz, owner, Corridor Marketing Group; and Dan Sloan, store director, Albertsons. Jeremiah Rouane, commercial loan officer/assistant vice president, First Interstate Bank, west branch, serves as a nonvoting member representing the Family Service of Billings Foundation.
