Montana Community Foundation in Helena has announced the new officers and members elected to its board of directors during the organization’s annual meeting.
Five new board members were elected to three-year terms, bringing the total number of members to 17. The new board members are: Jo Ann Eder, of Red Lodge, president of The O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation; Greg Hanson, of Philipsburg, partner at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson law firm; Karen Latka, of Helena, accountant and office manager at the Foundation for the Diocese of Helena; Mary Ann Phipps, of Glendive, enrolled agent at CHMS, P.C. Certified Public Accountants; and Camila (Cami) Skinner, of Sidney, operations manager at Seitz Insurance Agency.
The officers elected to lead the board for the next year are: Chair Mary Craigle of Helena, research and information services bureau chief at the Montana Department of Commerce; Vice Chair Dale Woolhiser, of Missoula, first vice president – investments at UBS Financial Missoula; Secretary Brian Patrick, of Great Falls, director of business operations at Great Falls Public Schools; and Treasurer Cynthia Woods, of Billings, an estate and tax attorney in private practice.
