The sixth Billings area Stockman Bank will be located at the corner of 14th Street West and Grand Avenue. The following staff will work at Stockman Bank Grand Avenue:
Spencer Frederick, vice president, branch manager, will oversee bank operations, management and employee supervision, commercial and consumer lending and construction lending. Frederick, a University of Montana graduate, brings over seven years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial real estate lending specializing in SBA loans; credit analysis and business development. He has also completed the Leadership Billings program through the Billings Chamber/CVB.
Alan Vogt, assistant vice president, commercial loan officer, will develop and service commercial loans and assist clients with their lending and credit needs. Vogt brings more than seven years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial real estate lending, specializing in SBA loans; credit analysis and business development. Vogt, a MSU alum, is a member of the Home Builders Association, Billings Jaycees and Premier Professionals Networking Group. He is a mentor for the Small Business Development Center Business Matters program and has completed the Leadership Billings program.
Jill Young, a real estate loan officer, will develop and service real estate home loans and assist clients with their lending needs in obtaining the most competitive and creative financing. Young has been with Stockman Bank since 2009. She has more than 11 years lending experience, which includes conventional, FHA and VA loans, for both new home purchases and refinancing, as well as new construction.
Michael Mitchell is a consumer loan officer. His responsibilities include administering installment loans, lines of credit and home equity loan portfolios, along with assisting clients with their financial needs. Mitchell brings over nine years of banking experience to the position, which includes personal banking, customer relations, new accounts and business development. He graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor of science degree in business finance with a minor in information systems.
