The Department of Public Health and Human Services is going to be hosting a legal documents clinic in Billings on October 23rd from 9am - 4pm at the Alliance Adult Resource Center, 935 Lake Elmo Drive. At the clinic, senior citizens, age 60 and over, and tribal members will be able to complete estate planning documents like Simple Wills, Indian Wills, Powers of Attorney, Beneficiary Deeds, and more, free of charge. There will be legal volunteers on hand to draft documents and answer legal questions, in addition to victim service professionals and veteran’s advocates to assist seniors. We have a flier for the clinic and would appreciate your help in advertising amongst your constituents for this great service. If you have any questions or concerns, call Richard Heitstuman at 406-465-6950 or Katy Lovell at 406-444-7787.
