A free day for kids is Saturday, June 14, at the Yellowstone Art Museum.

The event is one of the celebrations for the YAM’s 50th birthday. It runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the YAM parking lot at 401 N. 27th St.

Children can create art, paint on large-scale canvases, mark on sidewalk; receive a “passport” to get stamped at each booth. Games, food and an hourly piñata drop are all part of the fun.
