The 2010 Montana Writers Roundup will be noon-5 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Shrine Auditorium.

The annual event is held in conjunction with the Family Tree Center's Festival of Trees, which has a entry fee.

Authors who will talk with the public and sign books at the roundup include Dan Aadland, Marion Cadwell, Cara Chamberlain, Fred DeFauw, Alan Evans, Barbara Graham, Tami Haaland, Sue Hart, Craig Johnson (1-3 p.m.), Craig Lancaster, Wally Mading, Bernie Quetchenbach, Russell Rowland, Andrew Seddon, Karen Stevens, Tom Thayer/Northwest Speaks, Alan Tucker, Dick Wheeler and more.

A basket of signed books and gift certificates will be raffled off. Tickets, available at the event, cost $1 each or six for $5.

The roundup is presented by Sigma Tau Delta, the Montana State University Billings branch of the nonprofit international English honor society. Sigma Tau Delta uses its share of the proceeds to support English scholarships, awards and activities.
