Dorothy and Harold Eide recently marked their 70th anniversary.
Dorothy Mae Johnig and Harold Norman Eide were married Dec. 3, 1946, in Roundup, after he returned from his overseas service in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
They began their life together on a little farm in Fromberg. He worked on the railroad in Laurel, and she worked for the school district.
They retired and moved to Billings. Later, they moved to Livingston, to be close to family.
Their children and spouses are Doreen and Terry Austin, and Guy and Karen Eide, all of Livingston.
They have four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
