CHETEK, Wis. - Clarence Siewert died Jan. 5, 2009.
He was born to Pauline (Rebmann) Siewert and Edward Siewert in October 1931, in Stark County, N.D. He was raised in the Billings area and attended school there. Clarence served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
In 1957, he married Marlene Joki of Red Lodge, Mont. They moved to Wisconsin in the 1960s, and settled on a dairy farm in Chetek.
Clarence is survived by his wife; son Mark (Chris) Siewert, of Dallas; daughters Paula and Bernetta Siewert, both of Minneapolis, and Margo Siewert of Sunnyside, Calif.; sisters Clara Giesick and Hilda Churchill of Billings; brothers Albert (Alice) Siewert, of Helena, Mont., and Walter (Margaretha), of Huntley, Mont.; and numerous extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Arthur.
Funeral and burial will be Monday, Jan. 12, in Chetek.
