On Jan. 27, 2009, John came to walk his bride home. After eight long years of separation, DoLores gladly took his hand as he led her to heaven.
DoLores June Pastian was born Dec. 11, 1933, to Albert and Johanna Theurer in Heil, N.D. She was the oldest of 14 children. On Oct. 19, 1952, she married John Pastian. They moved to Montana, where they raised their family. DoLores was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her dry sense of humor will live on in our hearts next to her memory.
She is survived by her twin daughters, Donni (Ross) Lees, Joni (Mitch) Rubash; her honorary daughter, Jane Wallace; four granddaughters, Michelle (Jason Lang) Rubash, Laura (Dustin) Sciacca, Stacie (Dave) Muhlbeier, Stephy (Andy Elsberry) Lees; one grandson, Cory (Autumn) Lees; two great-grandsons, Christopher and Zachary Nemmers; four great-granddaughters, Emily Muhlbeier, Andi Lyn Lees and twins Victoria and Olivia Sciacca. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews.
