ST. XAVIER - Frank Martin He Does It, 32, of St. Xavier, died Nov. 27, 2010, in Polson.
Deaxkashbaaatchilash (Lucky Eagle) was born Aug. 4, 1978, in Sheridan, Wyo., a son of Virginia He Does It. He grew up in the Soap Creek area and graduated from Hardin High School in 1997. He received an AA degree in Business Agriculture from Dawson Community College and later a BS degree from Rocky Mountain College. While in high school, he participated in wrestling. He was active in rodeos throughout the United States and Canada since he was a young boy. He won many championships in bull riding events; he also was a bronco rider and team roper. He qualified for the high school rodeo finals, National Rodeo Association and the Canadian National finals. After completing his rodeo career, he remained active, serving as a judge of various rodeo events.
He was a member of the Catholic Church, Native American Church, Bad War Deeds Clan, and was a child of the Greasy Mouth.
His grandparents, Lucy Little Owl, Joe, Raphael and Euna Rose He Does It, preceded Frank in death.
Survivors include his mother, Virginia He Does It; his daughter, Destiny He Does It; as well as his extended family, including the He Does It, Spotted, Wallace, Pease, Reed, Bull Over the Hill, Walks, Old Coyote, Hugs, Little Owl, Bends, Bird in Ground, Bear All the Time, Beads, Rides the Horse, Bell Rock and the George Curley family. Numerous rodeo and traveling friends also survive him.
Rosary will be recited 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, in the Bullis Funeral Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, in the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Mission Church. Interment will follow in the Mission Cemetery. Bullis Mortuary has been entrusted with the arrangements.
