Gail M. Gullard Fritz Bond, 85, passed into the loving arms of her Lord on Nov. 25, 2010. Gail will be remembered for her loving, kind and gentle spirit by all who had the gift of knowing her.
Gail was born in a private home in Billings, Sept. 17, 1925, and grew up the middle daughter of five girls born to Carl and Mamye Gullard on the 1910 family homestead near Acton. Gail enjoyed her pure Norwegian heritage. Gail was preceded in death by her sisters Doris (Bill) Folkerts, Lilah (Roy) Grenier and Rebecca (David) Praye. Gail lived an adventurous life as a young woman growing up in the 1940's living in Seattle and Phoenix as well as the Billings area. Gail was crowned Miss Petroleum of Montana in 1951.
In 1951, Gail was married to L. Ernest Fritz and resided at the Duck Creek area ranch for 27 years. Here she raised her three sons Kerry, Cassidy and Shadd and participated in numerous community activities including the Hillcrest Club.
In 1990, Gail married Ralph Bond and they spent 21 blessed years together - boating, fishing, and snowmobiling at the Hebgen Lake cabin, visiting family and enjoying life together in the family home at the Duck Creek ranch. Thank you, Ralph, for all the years of loving dedication to Gail and particularly caring for her needs these past few difficult years.
