Laurice “Lorry” Melvin Myhre, 89, passed away December 26, 2018.
He moved to Billings from North Dakota and married Marilyn Biggerstaff. They were together nearly 50 years.
After serving in the Korean War, he went to work for Northwest Fixture Co., which became his life’s work.
Lorry was president and treasurer of the Al Bedoo Shrine Greeters; president of the MT-WYO Credit Association and president of the Good Sam Club.
Lorry will be fondly remembered by his family, daughter Elaine and Steve Atkins of Memphis, Tenn.; son Richard and Jeanne Myhre of Oregon City, Oregon; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m., April 6, 2019, at Faith Chapel in Billings. Memorials can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children. See ShrinersHospitalsForChildren.org.
