Lori Belinski passed away peacefully on June 5 surrounded by the love, prayers and presence of her family and friends.

Loretta Irene Jones was born in Sidney to Darold and Mabel (Kallevig) Jones and graduated from Sidney H.S. in 1954, she then worked for the Department of Welfare and married her high school sweetheart, Bill Belinski, on March 30, 1957. After being stationed in Ft. Sill, OK, where Bill completed his Army duty, they eventually made Billings their home.

As a charter member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church she was very active in parish activities and also volunteered in Pastoral Care at St. Vincent Hospital. She devoted time to Mayfair, benefitting Catholic schools in Billings, and was involved with Bill in St. Vincent de Paul Society. She enjoyed being a part of numerous social clubs, was known for tracking birthdays and anniversaries, and will be remembered for her warmth and sensitivity.

She valued family relationships and was a generously caring person. Lori often found ways to help other people with clothing or food, with affirming conversation or wise advice, and with her warm and friendly presence. She and Bill enjoyed walking and sharing time together. Family gatherings were treasured times, and her favorite getaways were Red Lodge and the 4th of July rodeo, along with summers at Swan Lake.

She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Price (& Sheryl) of Glendive; her brothers, Bill Jones (& Diane) of Billings, Kip Jones (& Marcella) and John Jones (& Lois) both of Sidney; and predeceased by older sister Virginia Koch (& Bob). Married for 62 years to Bill, their children are Janet (& Marv) St. Clair of Soldotna, Alaska, Rev. Michael Belinsky, CSC of South Bend, Indiana, Tim (& Charla) Belinski of Aspen, Colorado, and Pat (& Kathy) Belinski of Marietta, Georgia. Grandchildren - Michelle, Stephanie, Garrett, Colette, Nick, Ben, Anna Kate, Rachel, Hannah, Emily, Abby. Great-grandchildren: Matthew, Michael, MaKinley, Bella, Zoey and Aksel.

We want to thank the caregivers of Tender Nest of Stillwater Hospice, Dr. Sorensen, Dr. Mosser and their nursing staff for their compassionate care. Each of them enhanced the quality of her life.

Friends are invited to visitation Mon., June 10, 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at Dahl Funeral/Billings and Rosary at 6 p.m. The funeral Mass will be at St. Thomas Catholic Church Tues, June 11 at 10 a.m., with interment following at Calvary Cemetery/St. Pius with lunch following.
