LEWISTOWN — On March 1, 2013, Natalie Ann Nelson, 87, of Lewistown, passed from her earthly home to the place prepared for her by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
A lifelong Catholic, she was born in Wausau, Wis., May 24, 1925. Natalie left her job at Employers Mutual of Wausau, and along with her sister Mary Schroeder, she came to Montana in 1952. There she met Ralph Nelson of Forsyth. They were married in 1954.
Natalie worked as a nurse's aid at Rosebud Community Hospital until becoming a full-time homemaker. In 1963, Natalie, Ralph and their four children moved to Glendive, where they resided until 1984, when she and Ralph moved to Lewistown.
Natalie was well-known for her baked delights

Natalie is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ralph Nelson; four children, Tim of Eagle River, Ark., Craig and wife Ann of Lawtey, Fla., Mary L. Nelson of Billings, Tracy Schotl and husband Chuck of Billings; four grandchildren, Deshay Nelson, Kelly Nelson-Smith, Shawna and Dallas Nelson; and two great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Serria Nelson.
