Robert “Blair” Colley, 49, of Billings, formerly of St. Joseph, Mo., passed away peacefully at home in Billings on June 4, 2014.
He was born on Oct. 4, 1964, to Robert “Bob” D. Colley and Barbara Colley. After finishing high school, he attended the University of Missouri. He then continued his education at the University of Utah, where he received his degree. Shortly after, he moved to Billings, where he became head of marketing for Wendy’s Corp. Then Blair, always looking for a new adventure, became a realtor for Floberg Realty in Billings. Through all of his ventures in life, he made many friends and made an impression on everyone he met.
Blair is preceded in death by his father, Robert “Bob” D. Colley. He is survived by the love of his life, Charmaine Williamson; his daughters Brynn (24), Kara (17), Persephone and Cecily (5); mother Barbara Colley; sister Laura Donaldson (Mike); nephews Andrew and Josh and niece Emma. Also Debbie McDonald, Brynn and Kara’s mom; special friend Kim Floberg; the angels that are raising Char and Blair’s 5-year-old twins, Meadow and Travis; and special friends Robin Rose, Dave Burt and Keiland Hildebrandt.
