Thomas Allen Doll, age 51, of Billings, passed away from a heart attack in his sleep on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010.
Graveside services will be held at Dawson Memorial Cemetery in Glendive on Friday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m., with Father Ponessa officiating. A gathering for family and friends will follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Tom was born Sept. 19, 1959, in Glendive, the sixth of 10 children born to Joseph and Reinhilda Doll. He graduated from Dawson County High School in 1978.
Shortly after high school graduation, Tom moved to Arizona and worked in the retail grocery business. Tom moved back to Montana in 2006, where he resided until his death.
Tom's life was blessed on June 28, 2005, with the birth of his son, Blake Thomas Doll. Tom cherished every moment spent with his little boy.
Tom enjoyed camping, hiking and having a good time with family and friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and two infant brothers. Survivors include his son, Blake, of Phoenix; siblings Terry Doll of Alaska, Douglas Doll of Deer Lodge, Ronald (Mary) Doll of Glendive, Dennis (Ann) Doll, Karen (Ray) Belling, Mark (Wendy) Doll, all of Great Falls, and Lisa (Jon) Quale of Glendive. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
