Montana youth attend health-care summitFour Montana high school students were among 50 American Indian students from across the nation who participated in the National Native American Youth Initiative.

The 9-day program was held June 16-24 in Washington, D.C. and was sponsored by the Association of American Indian Physicians.

Montana scholars were: Lauren Corcoran and Sarah Parisian, of Rocky Boy High School; Jason Langager, of Skyview High School; and Canden Wilke, of Dodson Public School.DBC moves Wellness DepartmentDeaconess Billings Clinic is holding a community open house Thursday, Aug. 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. to mark the new location of its Occupational Health and Wellness Department.

Last month the center moved from its location in the Billings Clinic to the third floor of the 27th Street Medical Building, 1020 N. 27th St. The new location is next to the DBC Health Center.

The department assisted more than 14,000 employees in Billings last year, according to DBC.
