Life After Loss, a RiverStone Health Hospice Services grief education program, is beginning a new six-course session on March 5. The programs will take place from 9-10:30 a.m. in the Big Horn Conference Room on the first floor of the new RiverStone Health building at 123 S. 27th St. The sessions are facilitated by Jeff Olsgaard, chaplain with RiverStone Health, and will meet Saturday mornings through April 9.

Anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one is welcome to participate in the Life After Loss sessions. Registration is necessary before the class begins, as the sessions are progressive with attendees building on concepts throughout.

Jeff Olsgaard, said, "Using materials from Alan D Wolfelt and Harold Ivan Smith, this opportunity will provide a confidential setting to discuss various aspects of our grief journey and how it effects us."
