A Wild West Winter Carnival featuring an ice fishing derby and ORV Poker Run will be held at Wyoming's Boysen State Park on Jan. 27-29.
Registration for the Ice Fishing Derby -- which involves trout, ling, catfish, walleye and perch -- is $10 per person with 100 percent of the registration to be paid back in prizes.
Fishing begins at 8 a.m. Jan. 27 and ends at 2 p.m. Jan. 29. Fishing is according to Wyoming Game and Fish Rules and Regulations.
Weigh-in begins after 8 a.m. Jan. 27 and no later than 1 p.m. Jan. 29.
Weigh-in stations will be positioned at Walkers VP Bait Shop and B&K Shoreline Stop. Only one weigh-in per fish is allowed, and the earliest weigh-in will determine the winner if the fish are the same weight.
Awards will be presented at 2 p.m. Jan. 29.
The ORV Poker Run will be held Jan. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It begins and ends at B&K Shoreline Stop.
