MISSOULA — A 42-year-old Condon woman was killed and her passenger was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Montana Highway 83 about 10 miles north of Seeley Lake.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the woman was driving a van northbound shortly after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday when she failed to negotiate a lefthand turn. The patrol says the van went off the road and into a ditch before coming up out of the ditch and going airborne.

The van came down on the right side of the road, the driver overcorrected to the left and the vehicle crossed the road, struck the guardrail, went over the guardrail and hit a tree.
Missoula County Sheriff’s Detective Jason Johnson identified the woman as Amber Nicole Ohman Snider, who had a Oregon identification but lived in Condon. Her 33-year-old passenger was hospitalized in Missoula.
