A Yellowstone County jury has convicted a Billings woman of her fifth drunken-driving offense.
Molly Megan Martwig, 29, was found guilty of felony DUI late Tuesday afternoon after a two-day trial before District Judge Ingrid Gustafson.
The jury also convicted Martwig of a misdemeanor charge of failure to give immediate notice of an accident.
Martwig previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license. A fourth misdemeanor charge was dismissed by prosecutors.
The charges stemmed from an incident on Jan. 7, 2011. Martwig was arrested by officers who found her walking away from the scene of a one-car crash on Wyoming Avenue.
Martwig is scheduled to be sentenced on June 29. She remains free on bond.
