A Billings man formerly accused of impersonating a federal agent is now accused of raping a teenage girl.
Justin Curtis Huckaby, 36, appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Thursday on two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and a single count each of attempted rape and endangering the welfare of children.
Huckaby forced a 15-year-old girl to have sex with him and forced her to take and sell meth, according to charges. The incidents are believed to have occurred between May 18 and May 23, 2017.
Huckaby appeared in court in September after being accused of impersonating a Drug Enforcement Administration agent.
In that case, Huckaby agreed to meet a man who was worried that rumors about him cooperating with police could threaten his safety. The man had bought meth from Huckaby in the past, he told police, but was trying to get clean.
When Huckaby arrived to meet the man, he jumped out of his car wearing a tactical vest and several gun holsters and yelled that he was a DEA agent and that the man was compromising his investigation.
Huckaby was sentenced in December to five years with the Department of Corrections for the earlier case.
Huckaby is now being held on bond of $25,000, after appearing in court Thursday. He was booked into jail Wednesday on a $45,000 arrest warrant.
