A Billings rally for Rob Quist featuring Sen. Bernie Sanders in Billings will now be held at MetraPark's Expo Center on Saturday.
The event for the Democratic candidate for Montana's congressional seat was originally scheduled for The Billings Depot. Campaign staff decided a larger venue than the 300-person room was necessary and booked the front portion of the Expo Center, which can hold 800 to 1,000 people, said Ray Massie, MetraPark marketing director.
A Quist campaign event featuring Sanders in Missoula changed venues on Wednesday. The rally was originally planned for The Wilma Theater which can seat up to 1,400 people but was moved to University of Montana's Adams Center which can hold 7,500.
The Billings rally will take place from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.
