Billings Parks and Recreation is offering a series of hands-on classes for anyone interested in sharpening their cooking skills and learning to downsize recipes for one- and two-person households.
Classes will take place at the Billings Community Center from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Feb. 27-March 13.
Cost is $45 for Billings residents and $55 for nonresidents, which includes the recipe ingredients to prepare multiple cooking-for-one meals.
