A man sentenced to prison in 2004 for raping a young boy was arraigned today in District Court on new charges alleging he raped a young girl.
Lucien Sidney Bonck III, 55, appeared before Judge Ingrid Gustafson on three counts of sexual intercourse without consent and three counts of felony sexual assault. He pleaded not guilty and the judge set bond at $50,000.
Bonck is accused of committing the sexual offenses against a girl of 8 or 9 in 2002.
In March 2004, Bonck was sentenced to 20 years in prison with all but 64 months suspended for the rape of a young boy in 2002. The sentence resulted from a plea agreement in which charges related to the molestation of other children were dismissed.
Before coming to Billings in 2002, Bonck lived in Wyoming, where he was a registered sex offender.
