One person was killed Monday afternoon as the result of a car crash on Interstate 90 near Columbus, a dispatcher for the Montana Highway Patrol said.
The crash involved two vehicles one towing the other and occurred shortly before 4:30 p.m. one mile west of the Columbus exit, MHP said. The out-of-state driver was killed.
The crash briefly shut down the westbound lane of I-90.
MHP dispatchers did not have further details. The officer investigating the crash was not available for comment Monday night.
