MSU Billings professor Jim Barron follows his GPS to the spot
where a horned lizard previously was found near Warren. When he
finds a lizard he records the GPS reading. That helps him learn
about where lizards travel. When female lizards are taken to
Billings to give birth, a GPS reading also allows Barron to release
the lizards, which usually stick close to their home territories,
in the same spot where he found them.
