What do you envision for Billings' future?
The city is working on amending its Capital Improvement Plan for fiscal years 2013 to 2017.
The 2013 fiscal year starts July 1, 2012, and ends June 30, 2013.
According to the city, "A 'capital improvement' is any constructed improvement with a cost of $25,000 or greater and does not include vehicles, which are covered in a separate plan known as the Equipment Replacement Plan."
The City Council is scheduled to talk about the draft Capital Improvement Plan at its Feb. 6 work session at City Hall. Then, the council will hold a public hearing and will act action on the draft plan at its regular March 12 meeting in City Hall.
