Two people ended up in the hospital on Monday after a three-vehicle crash on the South Side.
A news release from Billings police Sgt. Scott Conrad said that at about 7 p.m., a Chevrolet S10 pickup truck was northbound on South 25th Street when it ran a stop sign at the intersection with First Avenue South and crashed into an eastbound Datsun 280.
The Datsun rolled several several times, hit a westbound Mercury Sable and landed about 110 feet from where the crash happened.
The drivers of the pickup, 46-year-old Keith Heppner, and the Datsun were taken to a Billings hospital "with several broken bones and other non-life-threatening injuries," Conrad said.
Heppner was later cited for failure to yield right of way at a stop sign and driving without insurance.
