2 Lame Deer men injured in Billings
Fire and medical personnel remove the victim of a pickup truck crash on Pacific Recycling's property near Sixth Avenue North and North Seventh Street just after 2:30 a.m. Friday.

A father and son from Lame Deer suffered injuries in a one-vehicle accident in Billings early Friday.

Billings Police Sgt. Matt Brewer said the accident happened at about 2:41 a.m. near Sixth Avenue North and Main Street.

Officers found a green 2002 Ford truck resting on its passenger side in the yard of Pacific Steel and Recycling, which is south of Sixth Avenue North in the 700 block. Two occupants, a 56-year-old man and his son, 31, were trapped inside.

Billings firefighters extricated the men by removing the truck's windshield. Both men were taken to the hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

An investigation is continuing.
