Parmly Billings Library's new series Learning at the Library will again feature three computer classes for those who want to learn more about programs and improve their skills. The following classes will be presented:
• Dec. 2: 11:30 a.m. "Beginning Windows XP." Learn about windows, folders, files and how to change the appearance of a document. Prerequisites are competent mouse skills.
• Dec. 9: 11:30 a.m. "Beginning Microsoft Word 2003." Create, format and save a document using Microsoft Word. Prerequisites are competent mouse skills and a knowledge of Windows functions.
• Dec. 16: 11:30 a.m. "Beginning Microsoft Excel 2003." Create an Excel spreadsheet, learn basic functions and formatting techniques. Prerequisites include competent mouse skills and a basic knowledge of Windows.
